Your opportunity

Sidel is looking for an Account Manager for the Food, Home and Personal Care (FHPC) markets to increase the business and apply the strategic plan in the FHPC division achieving the targeted level of order intake with the right level of profitability in a specific geographical area (US and Canada). The ideal candidate will be overall responsible for customer satisfaction, and will partner with other functions such as precontracting, execution, services and services to serve the customers successfully. Organize and develop promotions and sales of Sidel's equipment, integration, engineering & services on the Food, Home and Personal markets segments in US and Canada

Your Mission

  • Actively participates in the development of the group and constantly strengthens its brand image
  • Constantly seeks to maximize profitability and efficiency within his/her area
  • Defines Sidel strategy for projects in his/her designated area. Manages all customer related issues in their designated areas
  • Ensure that budgeted sales and margins targets are met for the assigned territory/business area
  • Manage existing customers and develop new accounts within assigned territory/business area
  • Manage the forecast process in the assigned area, ensuring accuracy and predictability
  • Ensure that all customer related data, including opportunities, accounts, contacts and offers is high quality and updated in the CRM

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in capital equipment sales and territory/business area management, particularly in the packaging and/or rigid plastic industry
  • Business Development
  • Consulting experience would be a plus
  • Key Account Management Experience
  • Advanced knowledge of structured sales management
