Aseptic Predis X4® is the most advanced and most integrated blow-fill-cap solution designed around one priority: your product’s safety. Featuring the proven Predis dry preform sterilisation, it offers the smallest sterile zone. This means the smallest critical control factors for the smallest risk of contamination, while your product always remains protected.
Designed for simplicity, Aseptic Predis X4 enables fast, reliable and robotic changeovers and a single operator can oversee both the X4 and an additional machine simultaneously, depending on your layout. Its 240-hour production with stop-free product sampling, and its short uncompromised cleaning and sterilisation cycles bring a new level of efficiency.
Featuring innovative QSense filling, X4 delivers accurate, gentle, fast filling across a wide range of sensitive beverages and containers, including products with fruit and 100% rPET. Fast mold changeovers and cap flexibility enable producers to switch between different SKUs and product categories with minimal downtime.
Compared to traditional systems, Aseptic Predis X4 reduces environmental impact by eliminating water use in sterilisation, minimising chemicals, enabling full recovery of cleaning media, and supporting bottle lightweighting. The result? Higher performance, significantly lower resource consumption.
