At Sidel, we build strong and responsible partnerships across our global supply chain. Our suppliers play a key role in helping us deliver safe, high‑quality and sustainable solutions to our customers.
We collaborate with partners who share our values - operational excellence, ethical business practices, and a commitment to protecting people and the planet - ensuring that every step of the value chain reflects the standards we stand for.
Our collaboration with suppliers is built on clear, structured and secure processes that support efficient daily operations. Once a company is onboarded by Sidel, it is connected to the SAP Business Network (SAP Ariba), where all operational transactions are managed — including purchase orders, order confirmations, service entry sheets and invoices.
By keeping company and contact information up to date in SAP Ariba (Proposals & questionnaires), suppliers help ensure accurate master data, consistent standards and full traceability. Sidel applies strict controls and validation mechanisms to reinforce security and protect both partners during financial exchanges.
If your organization has been onboarded by Sidel and needs to connect or validate its SAP Ariba account, please follow the instructions provided in your onboarding communication.
Sidel suppliers can access official SAP resources and guidance to support their daily use of the platform. These include tutorials, troubleshooting articles and step‑by‑step instructions for account access, purchase order management, service entry sheets, invoice creation and catalog updates.
Sidel expects all suppliers to uphold the standards outlined in the Sidel Supplier Code of Business Conduct. This Code defines the principles that guide how we operate together — covering ethics, human rights, labor conditions, health and safety, environmental responsibility and confidentiality.
The Supplier Code applies throughout the full duration of the business relationship. It supports our broader sustainability commitments and reinforces our shared responsibility across the value chain.
