Accumulation table conveyor for high-speed lines
The Gebo AQ-HC is Sidel's high-capacity pressureless accumulation table conveyor. It is adapted to high-speed glass and PET lines and is particularly well suited to large production flow variations, such as high-speed lines and Combi configurations.
The AQ-HC uses a pressureless and First-In First-Out running principle. Its long table size and wide table infeed ensure optimum responsiveness and maximum accumulation potential.
Product care is ensured because the AQ-HC exerts very low pressure on containers. Its great FIFO precision, close to that of single-file conveying, also enables great product traceability.
The accumulation table handles round and non-round products without any mechanical changes. This multi-format capability is ensured without changeover settings.
Only one AQ-HC is required between the Sidel Combi and the labeller, and the system easily integrates into new or existing lines. It is easy to operate and requires low maintenance.
