PRODUCT INFORMATION

Sidel’s pallet inspection system provides automatic control of wood integrity - on both sides of the pallet. It does so by means of idle metallic feeler-pin rollers installed on elastic elements. These feeler-pin rollers roll smoothly along each wooden plank of the pallet as it advances. When it finds a broken plank, the brusque movement of the roller (and its elastic element) away from its normal condition is revealed by a photocell, which sends a signal to activate the automatic pallet ejection system.
