Silent, modular pallet transport
Sidel's pallet chain conveyors provide reliable, quiet pallet transport for end-of-line and warehouse logistics in beverage, food and personal care production facilities. Silent in operation, modular in construction and straightforward to maintain, they are designed for Euro and Industrial pallets ranging from half-pallet to 1,200 mm, with a maximum load capacity of 2,000 kg.
A pallet conveyor transports loaded pallets between production line end-of-line equipment, wrapping stations, storage areas and loading docks. Silent operation is particularly valued in facilities with noise regulations or mixed-use areas adjacent to production.
Complete access to all mechanical and electrical components minimises the time required for inspection, lubrication and component replacement. The modular construction means that individual sections can be removed and serviced without disrupting adjacent sections of the conveyor line.
Pallet chain conveyors integrate directly with Sidel palletisers, pallet wrappers, AGV intralogistic systems and warehouse management solutions. Their modular design allows configuration as straight runs, 90° transfers, lift/lower sections and accumulation buffers to match any site floor plan and throughput requirements.
