Your Opportunity
Drive Sales & Operations Planning across supply chain for both Beverages and FHPC industrial base to effectively balance demand and supply in coordination with Customer Management, EP&I and Sourcing. Lead production planning, allocation of orders, equipment supply and material planning within Supply Chain. Implement strategies for reduced lead time as well as minimise under-absorption in the production centers and prioritise orders to respect the lead time, driving costs reductions in production and warehouse management
Your Mission
- Lead Sales & Operations Planning processes, maximizing
factory synergies to reduce the lead time, balance demand and supply, improve the reliability of our deliveries and lower end to end supply chain cost
- Secure
execution of backhand of Quote to Cash (Equipment) processes across the
production centers through process alignment & continuous improvement in
alignment with global KPIs and tools
- Implement and lead a productive Planning & Procurement
organization for supply chain optimization. Enable improved forecast accuracy
through customer demand integration
- Lead
global industrial base management and
capacity planning and optimization to maximize short and mid term
capacity utilization with a goal to zero under-absorption and efficient usage
of working capital.
- Work
with Equipment Supply for end to end visibility of projects in collaboration
with CTO and make accurate BOM
- Drive
the expansion of TPM/ Six Sigma and continuous improvement to attack losses
planning and lead time
- Have good coordination with Sourcing for the material
availability and planning
Your Profile
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Management as a
minimum
- English
- Fluency in one additional language is advantageous
(such as French, Italian, Chinese)
- Sales & Operations Planning experience,
ideally including implementation and set up of governance, processes and
tools
Industry
experience in mechanical engineering industry, ideally processing and
packaging equipment or similar project driven business types - Minimum 10 years industry experience in relevant
supply chain management areas
- Working knowledge of manufacturing, sourcing
& procurement, sales, marketing and portfolio management
- Understanding of the financial impact of
S&OP decisions and the key drivers of costs within the operations
environment
- Strategic and tactical thinking
- Communication & interpersonal skills
