The main mission of the Services Project Manager Support is to assist Project Managers in the preparation and execution of projects, including on-site activities and administrative support. Your Mission

As a Services Project Manager Support (M/W), your main missions will focus on the following activities :
  • Owning and driving Sidel on-site activities tools, such as AMP (Asset Management Portal) and SPOT (Project Presence Planning).
  • Registering new orders in SAP and placing purchase requests with suppliers (both internal and external).
  • Managing technician and Installation Site Manager (ISM) bookings in FSM (Field Service Management) for internal Field Service Engineers (FSE).
  • Handling internal and external FSE requests, purchase orders, and invoices in ERP systems (such as SAP), ensuring consistency with planning.
  • Coordinating with internal and external OEM service departments and maintaining an updated contact list.
  • Collecting all necessary documentation for site entry requirements and sending them to FSEs at the time of booking.
  • Assisting in the preparation of HSE plans for projects and obtaining required signatures before starting site activities. Collecting and filing signed HSE plans from FSEs and ISMs.
  • Providing back-office support to the Installation Site Manager for logistics and administrative tasks.
  • Creating and following up on on-site non-conformity.
  • Controlling and validating installation time sheets and invoices.
  • Providing back-office support to the PME and Installation Site Manager for punch list close-out at the end of the project.
  • Supporting Lead Project Managers and the Project Manager Director in following up and analyzing project reports and margins.

Your Profile

You already have a proven experience in a similar position and in site activities management of projects and justify the following skills:  
  • Highschool diploma
  • Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio is a plus
  • Ability to operate SAP ERP system
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Possible occasional travel
  • Managing and measuring work (priority and time management)
  • Peer relationships
  • Have good knowledge of French and English, both oral and written (Spanish is a plus)
