Acting as the local technical Project Manager, this role involves translating customer requirements into actionable projects, from initial request to final validation. Key responsibilities include assessing technical feasibility and risks, ensuring adequate project support, and serving as an integrator for additional scope elements, such as upgrades to the packaging line. To guarantee project success and enhance customer satisfaction, the Project Manager Services proposes supplementary Services Products when necessary. Ensuring the viability of deals, they meticulously manage Quality, Cost, and Delivery aspects from pre-contracting through to customer acceptance. In times of crisis, the Project Manager strategizes and collaborates with all stakeholders to devise effective solutions. This role extends support to the Services team in sales, proposals, and presentations, leveraging accurate project information for comprehensive reporting. Additionally, the Project Manager Services oversees the coordination of on-site technicians, maintaining a keen focus on Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSE&S) protocols throughout project execution. In essence, the Project Manager Services is instrumental in orchestrating the successful execution of diverse Services projects, blending technical expertise with strategic planning and meticulous coordination to achieve project objectives while prioritizing customer satisfaction and safety.
