Your opportunity

Sidel is looking for an Installation Site Manager to manage and coordinate the execution of on-site activities at Customers' sites. The position is open in Poland and the area of intervention will be mainly Europe and central Asia. This role will give you the chance to join an international team who is charge of securing the successfull installation and start-up of Sidel's machines.

Your Mission

The ISM implements all operations for the installation and commissioning of equipment:

  • Supervision of all equipment dismantling and/or installation.
  • He ensures compliance with current safety and environmental procedures.
  • With the team of fitters, he participates and supervises the assembly work in accordance with the layout.
  • With the team of technicians, he participates and supervises testing and commissioning operations.

The ISM is responsible for reporting and monitoring of site activities:

  • He writes complete and structured reports
  • He reports and analyze issues and NC in a continuous improvement approach
  • He reports production figures and reason of production stoppage.
  • Ensures spare parts and documentation management following Sidel process
  • Ensures the achievement and recording of contractual milestones

The ISM is responsible for organizing the site:

  • He organizes with the client all the logistics of the interventions.
  • He checks that living conditions are acceptable for all those involved.
  • He supervises the team of technicians from internal and external suppliers.
  • He ensures communication with the customer.

Your Profile

  • Experience in site activities management
  • Experience in the beverage industry
  • Technical background
  • Able to travel (up to 80%)
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering is a plus
  • English
  • German is a plus
  • French is a plus
