Your Mission
You will be working within a structure of around 850 people, in an exceptional working environment. An international subsidiary of the Sidel Group, itself part of the Tetra Laval Group, SIDEL Blowing and Services is the global centre of expertise for blow moulding and packaging technologies.
All areas of expertise are represented: from bottle design to the manufacture and marketing of moulds, from design to the assembly and running-in of blow-moulding machines and combis..
You want to be part of the journey and contribute to our Customer Satisfaction ? As the Global PMS Leader, your main missions will consist in :
- Being responsible for the overall project planning and milestones of all equipments
- Being in contact with all productions centers
- Update physical progress of the projects
- Compare project incurred cost to total initial costs, correlated with physical progress and timeline
- Follow-up the physical progress compared to milestones and project timeline with a detailed impact on overall project delivery date.
- Follow-up the number of equipments that are delivered in time, in full and at the right quality level compared to agreed timeline of the project.
- Manage the Order fulfillment Team in the Production Center cross factory to follow the Customer project rather than individual pieces of equipment.

Your Profile
With a university degree, you will have experience of project management in a technical and international environment.
You will also have the following skills :
- Operational project management / supply chain experience
- Experience of project management, cost reduction, quality improvement and team management
- Broad understanding of the beverage machinery industry
For this role you must have :
- strong leadership skills
- a flexible attitude
- good organisational skills
- good cooperation skills
- a very good command of written and spoken English
- excellent communication skills
