Your Opportunity
Sidel is looking for Engineering & Project Management Director for MEA sub0-region. The incumbent will be responsible and accountable for the new equipment project management and execution in the MEA sub-region, from order intake (OI) to project closing (CPA), including on-site activities and HSS&E (Health, Safety, Security & Environmental). He/She will also ensure full compliance with Sidel processes and that all deliverables are being met to stakeholders’ satisfaction and manage the assigned team to accomplish projects accordingly.
Your Mission
- Monitor and ensure that all project deliverables
are met according to the HSS&E plus quality standards within baseline
cost, on schedule and to defined contractual specifications
- Monitor and ensure all required statutory and regulatory
conditions are met, including Sidel corporate values, governance and
processes
- Monitor projects risks and act to anticipate or manage
internal and external conflicts / crisis
- Manage, support and mentor the project team. Drive competence
development and utilization
- Allocate resources to accomplish the project execution.
- Track projects progress status and financial information
- Establish overall projects requirements and priorities
- Monitor and actively manage Projects Execution KPIs
- Ensure regular and timely reporting to the Stakeholders.
Actively drive governance calls, escalate major roadblocks that may cause
business issues or customer's dissatisfaction.
- Oversee and drive projects strategic planning and act as the
executive decision point resolution
Your Profile
- 10 years of experience and a proven track record
in Project Management of capital projects
- Experience in the beverage/FHPC industry
- Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio and packing line design
parameters (V-Graph, Accumulation, etc.)
- Knowledge
of installation and commissioning
scope and challenges
- Knowledge
of Project financials
- Proven
experience in managing an international team
- Able to travel (up to 50%)
