Your opportunity

Sidel is looking for a Sensitive Portfolio Sales Support who will be in charge of the Sensitive Products portfolio promotion and deployment. The new Sensitive Portfolio Sales Support will have overall responsibility covering product promotion through customers’ meetings, Sales forces training, looking for new business opportunities, collecting Market’s needs, collecting information about competition in order to reach the business objectives of the Sensitive Portfolio in the SEAP (South East Asia Pacific) Region.

Your Mission

  • Maintain contact with Sales network and monitor business opportunities
  • Participate in customer meetings, supporting front line teams by bringing complementary expertise
  • Ensure training of Sales forces on portfolio (existing or new product line)
  • Maintain close contact and proximity with Product Managers (portfolio, performances, etc.)
  • Notify Product Manager if a decision is needed (e.g. specific commitment, derogation, etc.)
  • Keep focus on both short term and long term business opportunities where expertise and partnership are needed
  • Support and be the first line contact for Key Accounts needs and requests (PTC teams, Specifications, etc.)
  • Provide support to Product Management for PDP: with market needs, business cases and field test research
  • Collect information from competition (e.g. Price positioning, Technical performances, etc.) and share within organization
  • Participate in conferences and tradeshows to support portfolio promotion
  • Keep in contact with pre-contracting teams to support quality of quotations/offers
  • Proactively support sales organization to identify new customers and business opportunities

Your Profile

Knowledge and experience:

  • Good knowledge of PET Regular and Sensitive Portfolio
  • Experience as Business Development Manager
  • Experience in Sales / Account Management
  • Experience in Product Management
  • Experience as Technical support

Languages:

  • Good Proficiency in English.
  • Other language is a plus
