Your Opportunity
Support the commercial strategy to develop spare parts business in your respective area (ECA & MEA).
Your main missions will be first, to support the sales teams, understand local Customers needs and business growth drivers, connect spare parts team and region SAM/SAD with business data, in order to better address customers segmentation and grow the market share. You will also analyse spare part sales, customers behaviours and competition, in order to identify business opportunities. Then, you will support the definition and implementation of operational action plans to boost Spare parts business.
Your Mission
Lead ECA & MEA performance & develop the business
- Support new products business development
- Sales performance KPI monitoring (Market share, Market penetration…)
- Sales review animation
- Best practices sharing
- Sales tool implementation
- Customer presentation
- Performance tool development
- Internal and external communication support
- Business development strategy support
- Close loop with central Spare part management (including support to local pricing strategy)
- Lost deal analysis
- Customers visit / survey / Interviews
ECA & MEA Market Analysis
- Based on classification (Customer/product)
- Competition landscape
- Roadmap
Support Spare parts management team
- Business reviews

Your Profile
Education level and languages
- Upper Secondary (employment relevant skills)
- College Degree, business school, management school
- English
- Other languages depending upon region covered is a plus
Skills & Experiences
- Good knowledge Marketing competition mapping, customer segmentation, communication of data
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Able to manage priorities and multiple customer requests
- Team spirit
- Force of proposal
- Strong Expertise in Excel
- Expertise PPT and ERP Systems, SAP is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
