The workplace Operations specialist (WPOSs) is in charge of maintaining the standards used for the end user equipements (Computers, Smartphones, tablets etc ...) which are defined by the WorkPlace Innovation Lead (WPIL). The Workplace Operations specialist is also in charge of managing the common applications used by all the end users, with a strong focus on the Microsoft365 Suite overall, and provide tools used by the support people to do asset inventory (computers, smartphones, applications, etc), license management, package distribution and all the possible automation to ensure the computer provisionning. The WPOSs is also in charge to maintain the tools used for the patching processes on the end user side, as well is in charge of delivering End Users reports and documentation upon request. The position will report to the IT END USER SERVICES MANAGER.
