Your Opportunity

Quality, HSE & Continuous Improvement is top priority within the Sidel Group, and we are looking to fulfil a QHSE Manager position within the AOA Region. The successful candidate will be working within the Quality, Continuous Improvement and Field Operation Teams covering the MEA sub-region.

Your Mission

This a challenging and demanding role include the following responsibilities and not limited to:-

  • Project Specific HSE Coordination Plans - Management and Implementation                 
  • Risk Assessments - HSSE inputs, implementation - Project, Client & Sub-Contractors
  • Accident & Investigations - Root Cause Analysis                                                           
  • QHSE Audits - internal & External
  • Site Security Assessments                                                           
  • QHSSE Trainings                                                                       
  • Safety Observation Task reporting and Corrective Action                                                                     
  • Sidel policies and procedure review with Sidel HSSE Corporate                                               
  • Health Pandemic Management and Reporting                                                               
  • Medical and Security Evacuations of employees and sub-contractors                                       
  • Security Travel Management for all interventions in the Region                                                   
  • Attend Weekly Risk Review Meetings
  • ISOS active Monitoring, GLT Approvals, Country Threat Assessments, Monthly QHSSE Reporting

Your Profile

  • NEBOSH (International Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety), or equivalent
  • Experience in HSSE Training would be an advantage
  • 3 - 5 Years (Minimum) experience in Quality Assurance, Health, Safety and Security Management                            
  • HSE Experience in major projects preferable (ISO 45001 auditor preferable)                    
  • Quality Management and implementation (ISO 9001 auditor preferred)
  • First Aid Trained
  • CPR and Basic Fire Fighting Trained                          
  • 3 - 5 Years (Minimum) experience in Quality, HSE and Security Management                            
  • HSE Experience in major projects and construction preferable                          
  • Understanding of Installation, Commissioning Scope, challenges, and difficulties                       
  • Experience in Security Risk Management including Travel and Journey Management                  
  • International Travel Requirement - 50% (as and when required)
