Your Opportunity
Quality, HSE & Continuous Improvement is top priority within the Sidel Group, and we are looking to fulfil a QHSE Manager position within the South East Asia Pacific Region. The successful candidate will be working within the Quality, Continuous Improvement and Field Operation Teams.
Your Mission
- Responsible for Project Specific HSE Coordination Plans - Management and
Implementation
- Responsible for Risk Assessments - HSSE inputs, implementation - Project,
Client & Sub-Contractors
- Responsible for Root Cause Analysis of Accident & Investigations
- Responsible for QHSE Audits - internal & External
- Responsible for Site Security Assessments
- Responsible for QHSSE Trainings
- Responsible for Safety Observation Task reporting and Corrective Action
- Responsible for Sidel policies and procedure review with Sidel HSSE
Corporate
- Responsible for Health Pandemic Management and Reporting
- Responsible for Medical and Security Evacuations of employees and sub-contractors
- Responsible for Security Travel Management for all interventions in the
Region
- Attend Weekly Risk Review Meetings
- Responsible for ISOS active Monitoring, necessary Approvals, Country Threat
Assessments, Monthly QHSSE Reporting

Your Profile
Level of Education and Language:
- NEBOSH (International Certificate in Occupational Health
& Safety), or equivalent
- First Aid Trained
- CPR and Basic Fire Fighting Trained
- Good level of English
Level of Experience:
- 3 - 5 Years (Minimum) experience in Quality Assurance, Health, Safety and Security Management
- Experience in HSSE Training would be an advantage
- HSE Experience in major projects and construction preferable (ISO 45001 auditor preferable)
- Quality Management and implementation (ISO 9001 auditor preferred)
- Understanding of Installation, Commissioning Scope, challenges, and difficulties
- Experience in Security Risk Management including Travel and Journey Management
- International Travel Requirement - 50% (as and when required)
