Future Talent Service Account Manager Packaging

If selected for Future Talent Program, you will experience a carefully designed immersive 16-month development program where, through job rotations, you will explore different areas of our business worldwide. Throughout this journey, you will develop your knowledge and skills in a very accelerated and hands-on way. At the completion of the rotation, you will have the foundations and insights you need to further shape and continue an exciting career within our company that matches your interests.
After the 16 months rotation, which will include few months in Octeville (France), you will be part of the Service Account Manager team and you will be based in Wroclaw (Poland). By leading the sales initiatives related to packaging solutions (i.e. new bottles’ design, size, material etc), the team has a pivotal role in securing the success of the sales strategy for Europe and Central Asia. As member of the team you will have to meet customers’ needs by proposing the right Sidel’s solution for them and support other Service Account Manager in doing so.
