Your Mission

After the 16 months rotation, which will include few months in Parma, Italy and Atlanta, Georgia. You will be part of the Finance team based in Guadalajara, Mexico. This team is responsible for financial and accounting operations of the organization as well as the strategic planning and process. Your role will, for a specific central range of activities /regional market/function, drive all controlling processes related to this area, analyse and forecast mainly independently complex financial, economic, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or equivalent
• Master degree in Finance, Project management or relevant field for the position
• Less than 2 years from your master degree acquisition
• Demonstrate fluent proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Italian and/or French is considered a plus.
