Your Opportunity

The role of the Financial HUB Manager is to coordinate, operate and effectively manage all administrative requirements to support the business operations across the Sidel Americas Region. The Financial HUB Manager primary responsibility is to oversee the functions of Accounts Payable, Travel Expense, and Accounts Receivable but Treasury and Reporting in a short term. The role is pivotal in the efficient provision of services to the Sidel Americas Region.

Your Mission

  • Ensure a robust purchase to pay process in compliance with standards, procedures & instructions.
  • Develop and lead a strong / motivated team that is oriented to results, with high performance level.
  • Master the tools associated with processes and propose optimizations in a constant search for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that the migration of processes to the Shared Services Center meets expectations and provides business continuity security for each of the entities among Americas
  • Document each of the process migration to Shared Services Center.
  • Ensure compliance to group rules (IFRS) and local legal requirements.
  • Ensure the reliability, quality and availability of data.
  • Take an active part in the day to day operations.
  • Manage processing across the different legal entities in America.
  • Interact with Finance leaders from each business unit ensuring alignment of processes and expectations.
  • Implementing and Administration of Travel & Expense Management Tool (Concur).

Your Profile


  • Technical skills on transactional flows (Accounts Payable, Travel Expense, Accounts Receivable, Treasury and Reporting)
  • Appetite for automated mass data processing systems and new tools in the digital world.
  • Hands on attitude.
  • Analytical thinking and quick decision-making skills
  • Experience working in a Shared Service Center environment and migrating processes to a SSC
  • Professional English Operational.
  • Good accounting knowledge.
  • Good knowledge of SAP, Concur and office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint ...)


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, French is a plus.
  • Experience 3-5 years in a similar job.
