Your Opportunity

Your mission will be to perform assigned tasks (as per your area of expertise) of defining, implementing, and maintaining our Quality System throughout the Group, and liaising with different functions to ensure that QMS methods, procedures, roles and responsibilities under your supervision are integrated and harmonised. The position of Quality Management Expert at Sidel is the ideal role for gaining new experience and using your quality expertise and leadership skills to make a difference. This is a transversal position that will allow you to define, implement and maintain a sustainable, modern and efficient Quality Management System, driving best-in-class quality standards in a Group that is passionate about quality and so are our customers! This role reports directly to Group Quality Management System Manager and has a high level of visibility across company functions.

Your Mission

  • Define and supervise milestones for delivering the highest quality performance at the expected cost for a defined QMS perimeter 
  • Ensure that methods are integrated and harmonised across functions in line with key processes for your area of expertise 
  • Define, guarantee proper roll and continuously improve Sidel Quality System that can secure quality end-to-end for all product and services provided to our customers in collaboration with Sidel stakeholders and external consultants 
  • Secure, in collaboration with other team members, that QMS processes, procedures, roles and responsibilities in your perimeter are properly defined and work together to achieve quality objectives 
  • Ensure QMS requirements are integrated in the Group’s business processes 
  • Define and keep updated relevant documents under your responsibility that are needed to achieve ISO Quality certification for Sidel 
  • Support the development of a QMS network across Sidel  
  • Engage, animate, and support people to take a more active part in the QMS 
  • Push for a systematic and disciplined approach to respect quality processes and systems 
  • Support to identify key actions for QMS improvement  
  • Ensure the status of ongoing activities under your responsibility is updated and accessible across functions  
  • Consolidate and summarise data, alert and escalate any blocking points 
  • Participate or lead internal or external audits. Define in collaboration with Continuous Improvement team main areas of improvement with related action plan  
  • Support total employee engagement to maintain morale and motivate employees at all levels and develop strong quality culture to be promoted and established inside the company 

Your Profile

Language & background     

  • English mandatory  
  • French/Italian is a plus 
  • Consolidated quality management background 
  • QMS experience 
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering/Quality/IT 
  • Technical background (with knowledge of our products for internal candidates) 
  • Data analysis and KPI management  


  • Experience in process design and QMS application 
  • Structured, process-oriented work approach 
  • Leadership skills 
  • Ability to communicate at all levels including GLT meetings              
  • Results-oriented 
  • Ability to leverage new technologies and methods to design efficient solutions 
  • Pro-active attitude (ability to monitor progress and address issues ahead of time                    
  • Ability to influence and negotiate at different levels
