Your Opportunity
Work with CTO team for the configuration of the mehcanical BOM for CCF conveyor
Prepare the assembly layout and installation layout for the project.
Interact with the PMS for project lead time, specification, scope defnition….
Your Mission
- Configure mechanical BOM for conveyor (workshop
assembly and site shiping)
- Prepare assembly industrial layout for workshop
- Perform need calculation (motor-chain-footing ….)
- Design custom needed / or support special design team for
project custom requierments
- Support workshop or site in problem solving
- Participate to RCA or quality improvement
- Repport design issue in PER (Product evolution request)
- Participation of the different meeting into CTO process (list
below)
- Ensure the BOM delivery according the planning and the project
specification
- Follow SAP BOM and components creation process
- Support and inform Material Management for the ECO release
(follow ECO process Engineering Change Order)
Your Profile
- Strong Engineering skills in Mechanical
design
- AutoCAD
- Solidworks
(Or familiar with the 3D design software)
- SAP
PLM as a plus (or familiar with PLM system)
- Familiar with the BOM
