Your Mission
- Initiate
and process purchase orders for necessary resources intervention.
- Verify purchase order accuracy and coordinate with vendors
to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain purchase order records and documentation.
- Receive, review, and process invoices for goods and services
related to field service operations.
- Ensure invoices are accurate and in compliance with company
policies.
- Collaborate with the finance department for payment
processing.
- FSE Expenses Management:
-Collect and review expense reports submitted by field
service engineers.
-Verify expenses for accuracy and compliance with company
policies.
-Assist in expense report processing and reimbursement. - Coordinate and arrange logistics for field service trips,
including travel, accommodation, and transportation.
- Facilitate visa applications and compliance documentation
for field service engineers traveling internationally.
- Stay up to date with visa regulations and ensure adherence
to travel guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of field service engineer work
hours and assignments.
- Assist in tracking time and effort for project-based work.
- Generate reports on time and effort for management.
Your Profile
Level of Education and Language
- Bachelor's
degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Good English Speaking and Writing
Level of experience and skills:
- Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on
purchase order management, invoicing, and logistics coordination.
- Familiarity with financial and procurement systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams,
vendors, and field service engineers.
- Knowledge of international travel requirements and visa
processing is a plus.
