Your opportunity

Drive, lead and manage the Services Account Manager team to deliver all Services activities within Germany, Central & Eastern Europe & Caucasus and Central Asia Sub Region. Responsible to deliver budget and margin contribution within this region for Sidel. Develop relationship with customers along the years and make sure to increase their satisfaction through Sidel experience. Be a key player and influence internal stakeholders to deliver the expected results.

Your Mission

  • Under the Management of the Services VP, he / she drives the Growth of sales and profitability of Services offering meaning Spare parts, Maintenance Solutions, Packaging and Projects LI/LC
  • He / she adapt Regional Services strategy to his/her region, direct and implement action plans with Services Account Manager team.
  • Responsible of the satisfaction of the customer of his/ her region for Services product with the support of the Services team
  • Ensure SAM’s workload is balanced inside his/her region to ensure every customer receive the appropriate level of Service.
  • Responsible for performance of Sidel products and for escalation to Customer Care team to resolve in timely manner technical issue.
  • Propose new Services products that add value to the Customer and are profitable for Sidel
  • Coordinate and analyse market and competitor information, provide forecasts (3 month forecast and outlook) and report to relevant stakeholders
  • Establish strategies and business plan (3 years plan) to deliver growth and deliver customer expectations
  • Responsible for his/her region Overdues & Outstanding’s performance

Your Profile

  • Relevant bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Any other language is a plus

Required experience and skills:

  • 5 years of working experience in after sales
  • High technical knowledge of Sidel products and complete line equipments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in order to establish a very good customer relationship
  • Excellent responsiveness, dynamism, tenacity, autonomy and motivational skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent multi-tasking abilities
  • Availability to travel up to 50 % of his planning
