Your Opportunity

As a Service Account Manager, the candidate must secure the operational follow up and technical support of all Sidel technology, associated trade equipment’s (capper, inspection system, nitrogen doser, etc.) on the mechanical and automation side, throughout the life of the machine. This position provides a hybrid schedule and the candidate should be based in the Atlanta, GA area.

Your Mission

  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction while managing the following business activities linked directly to the life cycle of the Aseptic equipment:
  • LCM (Life Cycle Management – Service) sales budget for our Key Account
  • Efficiently manage warranty costs, machine issues, and installed base
  • Drive and develop the LCM/services sales budget for the Key Account
  • Grow sales and profitability of Services offering, adapt regional services strategy to his Key Account in North America
  • Ensure that customer production lines are optimized to the maximum
  • Propose new Services products that add value to this Key Account in North America
  • Sell and negotiate Sidel Services , according to rules and processes of the Company

Your Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in the packaging business
  • 5-10 years of experience with Sidel equipment would be a plus
  • Experience as Project Manager is preferred
  • Experience managing complex customers and situations
  • Any additional language (Spanish, French and/or Italian) would be a plus
