Your opportunity
Travelling technician working on the Packing range of the Sidel group. Installation and commissioning of equipment according to the estimated cost and deadline Implementation of the services sold: tools, maintenance, retrofit, etc. Training of the customer's staff Contribution to the implementation of the corrective action plan. Communication to the project team on changes to the punch-list Client advice on services Spoken languages: French/English.
Your Mission
- Ensure the
installation and assembly of the machines according to the estimated cost and
time;
- Ensure the
testing and production of the machines;
- Organize
and conduct technical meetings related to the progress of the start-up;
- Obtain the
customer acceptance report;
- Carry out
the necessary adaptations/revisions, modify and set up the tools and the
retrofit;
- Ensure the
good performance of the machine following the intervention via production
records;
- Contribute
to the implementation of the corrective action plan. Communicate to the project
team the evolutions of the punch-list;
- Provide
initial support to the customer on site or by telephone;
- Train
Customer site staff;
- Direct the
customer to services, parts and/or training;
- Present
Sidel products to the customer and promote the corporate image;
- Ensure
through personal involvement an increase in skills on the scope of Sidel
products and technologies;
- Ensure the
administrative organization of its missions with customers;
- Mobilize the resources necessary to carry out
its mission in a relevant manner.
Your Profile
- Training in
Industrial Mechanics and Automation, electro-technics or Industrial Maintenance
with a major in automation or equivalent experience
- English
