Your Opportunity
Manage the quote-to-cash process for Sidel spare parts sales by leading the Parts Administration (PA) team who is preparing quotes, managing orders and other spare parts flow-related activities. Management of the team of PA in terms of workload, process compliance, training, process improvement. Supportive commercial role.
Your Mission
- Manage the team of part administrators
- Vouch for the process efficiency and compliance : application of work instructions
- Communication and harmonization of best practices amongst PA Managers
- Follow-up of selected quotations for spare parts to maximize sales
- Commercial networking with Sales force; promote upselling
- Participation to transversal projects
- Prepare activity reports
- Analyse offer, order intake and backlog; prepare forecasts
- Follow up with sales and services teams on lost deals
- Ensure that PA team is trained on Equipment IB basics (and 360° on SSO)
- Proposal on processes improvements
