Your Opportunity

Manage the quote-to-cash process for Sidel spare parts sales by leading the Parts Administration (PA) team who is preparing quotes, managing orders and other spare parts flow-related activities. Management of the team of PA in terms of workload, process compliance, training, process improvement. Supportive commercial role.

Your Mission

  • Manage the team of part administrators
  • Vouch for the process efficiency and compliance : application of work instructions
  • Communication and harmonization of best practices amongst PA Managers
  • Follow-up of selected quotations for spare parts to maximize sales
  • Commercial networking with Sales force; promote upselling
  • Participation to transversal projects
  • Prepare activity reports
  • Analyse offer, order intake and backlog; prepare forecasts
  • Follow up with sales and services teams on lost deals
  • Ensure that PA team is trained on Equipment IB basics (and 360° on SSO)
  • Proposal on processes improvements
