Your Opportunity

Manage the quote-to-cash process for Sidel spare parts sales by leading the PA team in preparing quotes, managing orders and other spare parts flow-related activities. Manage the team of PAs in terms of workload, process compliance, training, process improvement. Supportive commercial role. Drive the offer and order process with region as well as parts performance and communications with regions. Ensure sales objectives are reached and business opportunities are addressed.

Your Mission

  • Manage the team of part administrators
  • Drive performance in terms of sales                                        
  • Ensure the process efficiency and compliance : application of work instructions                                                                          
  • Communication and harmonization of best practices amongst PAs                       
  • Follow-up customer orders for delivery on-time and in-full and all time proactive backlog management
  • Follow-up of selected quotations for spare parts to maximize sales                                                                  
  • Commercial driver with Sales force
  • Promote upselling                                                                  
  • Prepare activity reports                                                                                    
  • Manage the training plan for PAs in regadrs to Equipment Installed Base                                                                 
  • Propose processes improvements
  • Process customer requests for return of spare parts and other spare parts-related claims
  • Follow up on non-conformity issues and work to provide resolution to customer
  • Participate on customer review on commercial actions (ASM, CCM, PA)

Your Profile

  • Good knowledge in trade, supply, industrial retail, preferably spare parts and logistics
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Ability to manage priorities and multiple customer requests
  • Expertise in Excel and ERP Systems , SAP is a plus
  • Certificate in Logistics is a plus
  • Knowledge of order management processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Native Spanish Speaker
  • French is a plus
