Your opportunity
Sidel is looking for a Field Services Engineer that performs Installation, start-up, commissioning and test of the Sidel Equipment supplied to customer sites with specialization on Automation. The candidate must perform technical assistance during and after the warranty period, carry out training and other after sales services of Sidel`s equipment installed at customer sites.
Your Mission
- Perform installation, start-up commissioning and final test of the Sidel Regular Fillers supplied to Customer site, specialized on Automation profile
- Develop a good understanding of the Customer needs to provide objective advice and to ensure Customer satisfaction
- Test and evaluate equipment, performance at Customer plant based on technical, contractual and safety specification
- Properly handle, checking and transferring, all the non-conformities
- Execute RCA on equipment automation issues, implementing the consequent plan of recovery and corrective action
- Prepare the job progress chart and technical weekly report about carried-out activities
Your Profile
- Technical professional qualification or Bachelor degree in Mechatronics as a plus;
- English fluent, written and spoken;
- Other foreign language as per regional allocation is a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in field activities
- Experience in the beverage industry
- Consolidated technical background on Automation / Mechanic
- PLC B&R
- Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio is a plus
- PLC Siemens (S7, SCL, Tia Portal) is a plus
- PLC A&B is a plus
- Availability to travel (Up to 90% internationally)
