Aseptic Line Performance Specialist

Join our team as an Aseptic Line Performance Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and performance of our cutting-edge Sidel machines and related equipment. Reporting to the Technical Support Aseptic Filling Manager, you will be the go-to expert for line performance and mechanical improvements, particularly with prototype and pre-series equipment. In this collaborative position, you'll work closely with the Q&TS team to tackle technical challenges, implement effective corrective action plans, and provide insightful assessments to our plants. Additionally, you'll partner with our digital team to elevate data collection and reliability through innovative digital tools. Your Mission

• Coordinate periodic meetings based on data analysis with the digital team
• Support the SIDEL key account team in evaluating performance and improvement actions
• Assist with on-site interventions to analyze and collect data
• Enhance personal competencies on complete combi, trade-associated equipment, and line equipment
• Compare machine performance across different platforms and identify top offenders, proposing common mitigation actions, and managing the Corrective Action Request (C.A.R.) flow.

Your Profile

We are seeking candidates holding a degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.
You should have 3-5 years of experience in the beverage industry and at least 2-3 years of hands-on field experience (understanding of Sidel products will be a plus).

Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of French or Italian will enhance your integration into our local teams.

Proficiency in Office tools is required, and familiarity with Power BI is a valuable asset.
