Job
Purpose:
The
Equipment Supply Leader is responsible for managing the end-to-end supply of
equipment for customer projects, ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency,
and compliance with quality and safety standards. The role involves
coordination between internal teams, suppliers, logistics, and project
management to ensure smooth execution of equipment supply activities.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate
all equipment supply activities for assigned projects from order receipt
to delivery at customer site.
- Develop and manage
project supply schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and
customer requirements.
- Collaborate with
Project execution, procurement, planning, logistics, and manufacturing
teams to ensure material and equipment availability.
- Optimize supply chain
processes to improve lead times, cost efficiency, and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with
company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations related to
equipment supply and logistics.
- Support project
managers with regular progress updates, risk assessments, and mitigation
plans.
- Drive continuous
improvement initiatives in supply chain and project execution processes.
- Manage documentation
related to equipment supply, including purchase orders, shipping
documents, and delivery confirmations.
Your Profile
Qualifications
& Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production
Engineering or equivalent.
- Project
management certification or education (such as PMP, PRINCE2, or
equivalent) will be an added advantage.
- 10–15
years of experience in equipment supply, project supply chain, or
industrial project management (preferably in capital equipment or
packaging machinery industry).
- Strong
understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and Project
management.
- Experience
in SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent
communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong
analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability
to work in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
