Your opportunity
We are looking for an Equipment Supply Leader (ESL) in charge of machines manufactured in our Italian Production Centers. The position is open in Mantova.
Your Mission
- Ensure proper scope of supply definition at
Kick Off Meeting.
- Manage request
of change of scope of supply during machine execution.
- Supervise and control all execution activities
within the scope of supply, aimed to meet requested delivery date and
Sidel quality standard.
- Monitor daily activities and internal
milestones.
- Support the cost control activities within
Sidel Production Centers.
- Drive risk analysis and mitigation plans,
escalate issues properly.
- Coordinate all parties involved in Order
Fulfilment process aimed to achieve quality and OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery.
- Apply or supervise application of QTC-E/QTC-S (Quality, Time & Cost – Engineering/Quality, Time & Cost – Supply) process, including SAP updates.
- Identify and ensure feedback for process and
quality improvement opportunities.
- Report KPIs needed to measure performance
according to target.
- Manage and coach the team, develop team
members’ competencies.
Your Profile
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English.
- Min 2-3 years of experience in the Supply Chain function.
- Experience in the beverage industry is a plus.
