Your Mission

The Manufactury Operator, accordingly to Sidel's Company procedures and lean methodology, has to welding the components of an equipment and contribute to all the activities performed in the workshop. Through experience and training, apply new skills in order to cover different requirements.

YOUR MISSION:

• Work with management to implement the company's policies and goals.
• Implement shift change process, and smooth the production flow.
• Operate to produce high quality component.
• Study the mechanical aspects of the drawings and the process manuals to understand the type of welding methods.
• Analyze drawings and specification.
• Study and understand specific information relating to the mechanical aspects of the particular welding processes.
• Ensure that each part is correct and according to the drawing and specifications, if not, to discuss with method engineers and quality engineers to solve the quality problem and send it back to  production if the fault is minor and can be corrected by rework.
• Prepares the consumable list for the machines maintenance and assist to order the consumables to ensure maintenance of quality.
• Assist and execute quality control report according to Sidel standard.
• Diagnose manufacturing problems, establish solutions and execute updates in accordance with engineering and methods.
• Maintain time and production operation information in SAP or other system as required.
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed.
• Report unsafe condition and unsafe behavior. Take corrective actions.
• Contribute to continue improvement activity.
• Any other task assigned by management.
