Join us at Sidel as a Sustainability Sourcing Intern, where you will contribute to shaping a more responsible and resilient supply network. You will support strategic projects aimed at decarbon-izing our upstream activities, enhancing supplier sustainability performance, and ensuring compliance with emerging regulations.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to work in an international environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading consultancies, while gaining hands-on experience in sustainable sourcing and ESG strategy implementation.
Your Mission
- Support the development and implementation of sustainable sourcing strategies across the supply chain;
- Contribute to upstream decarbonization initiatives by mapping emissions and identifying reduction levers;
- Assist in supplier sustainability assessments and engagement programs;
- Participate in the definition of human rights strategies within the supply base;
- Monitor and support compliance with key regulations (EUDR, CSDDD) and internal ESG policies;
- Coordinate with external consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and progress;
- Collect, validate, and analyze data to support decision-making and reporting.
Your Profile
- Master's Degree Student in Economics, Management Engineering or related fields;
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus;
- Strong interest in sustainability, ESG, and responsible sourcing;
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail;
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn;
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.
