Your opportunity
Our Sidel office in Jakarta Indonesia is recruiting a Assistant PM Services - Logistics to coordinate/support the import activity, handling the receipt and shipment of machine and parts and deliver to the customer site. He/she ensures the smooth operation of logistics flows and compliance with current procedures.
Your Mission
- Prepare and verify all import documentation prior to shipment arrival, including Packing List, Commercial Invoice, HS Code references, shipping documents, and supporting import documents.
- Coordinate with customers and related stakeholders to identify whether imported goods fall under Lartas (restricted/prohibited goods) or Non-Lartas categories.
- Support
import activities in the proper execution of logistics services in AMEA,
including shipment scheduling and transportation organization, in line
with customer service levels and required delivery dates.
- Optimize
shipment scheduling according to customer needs.
- Ensure
the quality of operations and logistics flows
- Ensure
compliance with import and export control regulations and monitor
potential regulatory developments.
- Collect
proof of delivery in accordance with the applicable Incoterms and FCA
export proofs to mitigate VAT risks.
- Monitor
and assess transport service performance, including issue identification
and resolution.
- Contribute
to the continuous improvement of logistics performance.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field is essential, with some positions requiring at least 3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of inventory control, distribution processes, shipping and receiving processes, and applicable laws and regulations is crucial.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Speaks English and local dialect
