Join the Beverages & Beer Portfolio Team and make an impact by empowering the Sidel Sales network and front-line teams, accelerating business growth through cutting-edge solutions including Regular Fillers, Combi, and SuperCombi.
Your Mission
- Be in contact with Sales network and monitor business opportunities
- Participate to customer meetings in support of front-line teams by bringing complementary expertise
- Ensure training of Sales forces on portfolio (existing or new product line)
- Maintain close contact and proximity with Product Managers (portfolio, performances, etc.)
- Notify Product Manager if a decision is needed (e.g. specific commitment, derogation, etc.)
- Be a support to Product Managers for Product Development: market needs, business cases and field test research
- Collect information from competition (Price positioning, technical performances etc.) and share within organization
- Participate to the Value Selling construction (value selling tools, options catalogue, etc.)
- Keep continuous contact with pre-contracting teams to support quality of quotations/offers
- Support and be the first contact for Key Accounts needs and requests
- Participate to conferences and tradeshows to support promotion of portfolio
Role in decisions:
- Hot deals tracking
- Participation in customers meetings
- Identification of new business opportunities
- Training of sales forces
- Identification of best promotion arena (tradeshows, conferences etc.)
- Identification of optimum product configuration based on customer needs
- Active support on pre-contracting special quotation
- Market needs collection for PDP
- Collect information from competition
- Field test research (PDP)
Your Profile
- Experience as Business Development Manager
- Experience in Sales / Account Management
- Experience in Product Management
- Experience as Technical support
- Master Degree or equivalent
- English
- Italian & French will be appreciated
