Join the Beverages & Beer Portfolio Team and make an impact by empowering the Sidel Sales network and front-line teams, accelerating business growth through cutting-edge solutions including Regular Fillers, Combi, and SuperCombi.

Your Mission

  • Be in contact with Sales network and monitor business opportunities;
  • Participate to customer meetings in support of front-line teams by bringing complementary expertise;
  • Ensure training of Sales forces on portfolio (existing or new product line);
  • Maintain close contact and proximity with Product Managers (portfolio, performances, etc.);
  • Notify Product Manager if a decision is needed (e.g. specific commitment, derogation, etc.);
  • Be a support to Product Managers for Product Development: market needs, business cases and field test research;
  • Collect information from competition (Price positioning, technical performances etc.) and share within organization;
  • Participate to the Value Selling construction (value selling tools, options catalogue, etc.);
  • Keep continuous contact with pre-contracting teams to support quality of quotations/offers;
  • Support and be the first contact for Key Accounts needs and requests;
  • Participate to conferences and tradeshows to support promotion of portfolio;
  • Hot deals tracking;
  • Participation in customers meetings;
  • Identification of new business opportunities;
  • Training of sales forces;
  • Identification of best promotion arena (tradeshows, conferences etc.);
  • Identification of optimum product configuration based on customer needs;
  • Active support on pre-contracting special quotation;
  • Market needs collection for PDP;
  • Collect information from competition;
  • Field test research (PDP).

Your Profile

  • Experience as Business Development Manager;
  • Experience in Sales / Account Management;
  • Experience in Product Management;
  • Experience as Technical support;
  • Master Degree or equivalent;
  • Proficency in English;
  • Italian & French will be appreciated.
