Your opportunity
The Technical Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration of pal/depal machines (including inca & deca) within the beverage and food industries. This role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to provide tailored solutions to customers, ensuring alignment with Sidel’s product portfolio and strategic objectives.
Your Mission
- Develop
and execute sales strategies for pal/depal machines in alignment with the product
roadmap;
- Identify
and pursue new business opportunities, collaborate with key accounts, and
maintain strong sales force relationships;
- Provide
technical consultation to sales force, understanding customer process
requirements and recommending optimal solutions;
- Prepare
and deliver technical presentations, support proposals and quotations
preparation;
- Collaborate
closely with Product Management, Engineering teams to ensure customer
requirements are met;
- Monitor
market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform
product development and positioning;
- Support
contract negotiations and contribute to the overall growth of the Pal/Depal
business.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s
degree in Engineering or equivalent experience;
- Proven
experience in technical sales, preferably within the packaging or beverage;
- Knowledge
of pal/depal machines and
related processes is a plus;
- Excellent
communication, and presentation skills;
- Ability
to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team;
- Fluent
in Italian and English; French is a plus;
- Willingness
to travel as required.
