As a bridge-builder within our Marketing Sales & Business Development organization, you will help shape the future of Spare Parts pricing through more data-driven, scalable, and value-focused practices.
Joining the Spare Parts Revenue & Pricing team and reporting to the Revenue & Pricing Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening pricing governance and operational excellence across an international scope. This position sits at the crossroads of business, analytics, and customer value, contributing directly to margin protection, commercial consistency, and continuous improvement.
Your Mission
- Build strong bridges between commercial, sourcing, logistics, and lifecycle teams to ensure coherent and effective pricing execution.
- Manage price setting, updates, and discount governance across the spare parts portfolio with accuracy and consistency.
- Support business stakeholders by delivering responsive, reliable, and pragmatic pricing solutions aligned with pricing policies.
- Analyze pricing data, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to more structured segmentation and pricing approaches.
- Help reduce margin leakage by enforcing pricing rules, handling exceptions, and supporting complex pricing escalations.
Your Profile
- 10 years experience in an international industrial environment with exposure to pricing, commercial negotiations, sourcing, or margin management.
- Strong analytical capabilities with confidence using Excel, SAP, or equivalent tools to transform data into actionable decisions.
- Ability to balance commercial, operational, and financial constraints with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.
- Collaborative communicator who enjoys building bridges across multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity to challenge existing practices and grow toward broader pricing strategy and revenue management responsibilities.
