As a Sales Director DACH (Germany (D), Austria (A), Switzerland (CH)), you will lead and drive the sales organization to achieve ambitious revenue, profitability, and market share objectives across Sidel’s portfolio of packaging equipment, services, and solutions.
Fluent German speaker with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, bringing more than 10 years of experience in industrial or capital equipment sales, ideally within the packaging or beverage industries.
Track record of delivering strong results in complex international environments, with solid expertise in business development, strategic sales, and high-level negotiations.
Recognized for strong leadership capabilities, commercial acumen, and strategic vision, combining a results-driven mindset with a deep understanding of customer and market dynamics. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build long-term trusted relationships and effectively influence decision-making at all organizational levels.
