Your opportunity

Drive sustainable and profitable growth strategy, focusing on expanding market presence, identifying new Business oppportunities and and driving the growth of our conveyor solutions across the Food, Home, Person-al Care and Wine & Spirits segments. This role will work closely with work closely with engineering and project management, sales, and manufacturing teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with our company’s growth objectives.

Your Mission

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business strategy, sales, and a deep under-standing of market dynamics. 
Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Prospect new leads/new customers
  • Identify and pursue new Engineering & Conveying business opportunities in the Food, Home, Personal Care and Wine & Spirits segments 
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries (Food, Home, Personal Care and Wine & Spirits)
  • Build and maintain relationships with business partners to drive sales and long-term collaboration.
  • Understand technical requirements and propose customized engineering and conveying solutions
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations based on client specifications and industry standards.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including site visits, scope definition, and negotiation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure feasible and cost-effective solutions.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services, including Cap Feeders, container conveyors, pack conveyors, and custom-engineered solutions.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in material handling and automation.
  • Accurately forecast sales performance and report progress to senior leadership.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote company capabili-ties.
  • Monitor business development budgets, forecast revenue growth and manage resources effec-tively to achieve targets.
  • Lead contract negotiations with potential customers, ensuring beneficial terms for the company.
  • Analyse and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies and adjust approach as necessary

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • Foreign language is a plus 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, with proven success in driving growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong technical understanding of engineering and conveyor systems
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated experience in client acquisition, partnership management, and revenue generation.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools
  • Ability to travel (Nationally & Internationally)
