Your opportunity
The Industrial Engineering Specialist will support the industrialization and continuous optimization of manufacturing processes for food and beverage processing equipment, with a strong focus on piping systems and CNC tube bending technologies.
Your Mission
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the following activities:
- industrializaton of manufacturing processes for process equipment in food & beverage industry.
- Definition and standardization of manufacturing processes, from design to shop floor execution, for process piping.
- 3D and 2D optimization of piping design to improve bending quality, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.
- CNC pipe bending programming and process optimization.
- Preparation and optimization of cutting lists for piping components.
- Standard work, work instruction and control plan definition for pipe bending manufacturing production.
- Technical support between design, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure process robustness and repeatability.
- Support
continuous improvement initiatives related to Productivity, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), Quality, and Lead
Time optimization.
Your Profile
Education:
Master Degree in Engineering (mechanical and Industrial Engineering) or similar
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office
- SAP knowledge is a plus
Language requirements:
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- French is a plus
Required experience
and skills:
- CAD design 2D/3D skills (Solidworks is an advantage).
- CNC programming attitude (pipe bending programming is an advantage).
- Mechanical and Electrical skills / basic knowledge.
- Leadership and communication skills be able to communicate effectively at all levels, and with all functions.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in cross-functional teams.
- Project management attitude.
- Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma tools and methodology.
- Proactive, strong problem solving/analytical attitude.
- Strong sense of self-motivation and determination.
