Oversee the production operations on a day-to-day basis, guaranteeing smooth and efficient production process implementation, optimizing productivity and minimizing the costs. The ultimate goal is to execute production deliverables of maximum quality in a profitable manner.
Your Mission
- Lead Equipment production and shop floor activity to optimize resources.
- Drive equipment production performance, timely execution of required production plan, implementation of RCA and related corrective actions
- Provides input for the Equipment production strategy.
- Plan, implement, monitor and review production schedules.
Your Profile
- Bachelor degree/Diploma or equivalent
- 6 to 10 years Equipment Manufacturing experience
- Area of Expertise / Knowledge - Equipment manufacturing
