Your opportunity

As Production Manager, you will oversee and coordinate all production operations related to the assembly and rebuilding of new and refurbished parts for blowers, fillers, and labelers across the Americas zone (USA, Mexico, Brazil). You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient implementation of production processes, optimizing productivity, and minimizing costs. Your ultimate goal is to deliver production outputs of the highest quality in a profitable and timely manner.

Your Mission

  • Organise and manage workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing production schedules for both new and refurbished parts to cover, DV’s & Overhaul activities.
  • Oversee and coach Coordinator's/ employees, ensuring the safe use of equipment and adherence to regular maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor and verify production output to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Identify inefficiencies in the production process and implement actionable improvements.
  • Drive quality control initiatives and ensure on-time delivery of both new and refurbished assembles/parts to our customers.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team.
  • Coordinate in-and-out processes for assemblies and rebuilding activities, ensuring seamless logistics and communication between teams and customers.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in project management/leading large groups of personal, strong technical expertise in production environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering documents, including packaging and mold assembly drawings.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of machining and parts manufacturing technologies.
  • The candidate must have proven experience with lean manufacturing & continuous improvement principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with quality control requirements, laboratory standards, regulations, and policies.
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, geographically dispersed team.
  • English proficiency required; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the Americas region (Up to 50% of the time across Americas Region).
