Your Mission

Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Oversee and coach employees and ensure the safe use of equipment , as well as the regular maintenance
Check production output according to specifications
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
Drive quality control initiatives and ensure delivery

Working with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and sales, to ensure alignment and smooth operations.

Your Profile

5+ years experience with project management activities and strong technical expertise
Confirmed Experience in Blowing, Packaging and Tooling Portfolio
Ability to read and interpret Engineering document such as packaging and mold assembly dwg
Good Manufacturing Practices for machining industry
Overall knowledge for machining and parts manufacturing technologies
Quality control requirements knowledge / Laboratory standards, regulations & policy knowledge
Knowledge of MS Office and SAP
