Oversee the production operations on a day-to-day basis, guaranteeing smooth and efficient production process implementation, optimizing productivity and minimizing the costs. The ultimate goal is to execute production deliverables of maximum quality in a profitable manner.
Your Mission
- Organize
workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee
and coach employees and ensure the safe use of equipment , as well as the
regular maintenance
- Check
production output according to specifications
- Identify
issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Drive
quality control initiatives and ensure delivery
- Working with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and sales, to ensure alignment and smooth operations.

Your Profile
- 5+
years experience with project management activities and strong technical
expertise
- Confirmed
Experience in Blowing, Packaging and Tooling Portfolio
- Ability
to read and interpret Engineering document such as packaging and mold
assembly dwg
- Good
Manufacturing Practices for machining industry
- Overall
knowledge for machining and parts manufacturing technologies
- Quality
control requirements knowledge / Laboratory standards, regulations &
policy knowledge
- Knowledge
of MS Office and SAP
