We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and optimize recruitment operations across the Americas. This role will manage high-volume hiring pipelines across various functions and levels—from entry-level roles to senior positions, and from administrative roles to field technicians. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented, capable of running end-to-end recruitment processes and managing external recruitment agencies to ensure efficient, cost-effective talent acquisition.
Manage all recruitment activities across the Americas region, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring.
Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and staffing firms, acting as the main point of contact for all vendor interactions.
Negotiate contracts and terms with recruitment suppliers, ensuring alignment with company policies and optimizing return on investment.
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, source effectiveness) and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce planning needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
Stay current on market trends, talent intelligence, and competitive hiring practices to inform recruitment planning.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to streamline and enhance the recruitment experience.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, diversity initiatives, and internal hiring policies across the region.
Coordinate and support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives as needed. 6–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, staffing, or recruitment—preferably in a multinational, matrixed environment.
Demonstrated experience managing relationships with recruitment vendors and third-party agencies.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, workflows, systems (e.g., ATS), and current sourcing tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and act on recruitment performance metrics.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (advanced), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Knowledge of labor regulations and hiring practices in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil is an asset.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience managing several recruitment firms at the same time, ideally in different countries.
Experience using modern ATS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Workday).
Exposure to Employer Branding, DE&I initiatives, and Recruitment Marketing strategies.
Previous experience supporting both corporate and technical/field hiring.
