Sidel is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support Talent Management and Employee Experience initiatives within a global HR environment.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including talent reviews, performance management support, engagement initiatives, learning programmes and people experience projects.
You will work closely with senior HR leaders, HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence, contributing to the execution, coordination and tracking of global HR activities in a structured corporate setting.
This role is focused on operational support, coordination and execution excellence, providing a solid foundation for a future career in Human Resources.
Your Mission
- Support the maintenance and update of Talent Review and Succession Planning trackers;
- Assist with data consolidation, validation and quality checks across regions;
- Prepare documentation and inputs for talent review cycles;
- Track milestones, actions and deliverables related to talent management initiatives;
- Support nomination processes for talent and development programmes;
- Support the preparation and rollout of employee engagement surveys;
- Track timelines and actions related to post-survey manager action plans;
- Contribute to employee experience, culture and recognition initiatives;
- Maintain documentation, project materials and status updates;
- Assist with tracking learning and development initiatives linked to talent reviews;
- Support programme logistics, including timelines, cohorts and nominations;
- Prepare basic reporting and follow-ups;
- Provide operational support to onboarding and EVP-related initiatives;
- Update and maintain trackers, project plans and timelines across HR initiatives;
- Prepare simple summaries, PowerPoint materials and basic dashboards;
- Support cross-functional HR projects (Performance Management, Pay Transparency, Compliance-related activities);
- Act as coordination support to ensure actions progress according to plan.
Your Profile
- Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management or a related field;
- Strong interest in Talent Management, HR projects and Employee Experience;
- Comfortable working with data and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Structured, detail-oriented and reliable;
- Able to manage multiple activities in a coordinated and organized manner;
- Good communication and follow-up skills;
- Fluent in English; Italian and French are a plus.
