If you’re passionate about processes, data flows, and delivering real impact across global teams — this role is for you!

Your Mission

• Drive and support global process initiatives in collaboration with process teams and end users.
(tool functionality development, process mapping, improvement, and training)
• Work closely with other Process Drivers to align and harmonize processes across all service functions.
• Contribute to the creation of documentation and training materials (process flows, mapping etc.).
• Boost KPIs performance by developing and tracking process KPIs across key functions.
• Lead or actively participate in global tool & system developments supporting the company’s strategy.

Your Profile

•5–10 years’ experience with SAP
•Proven project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
•Strong background in process and workflow design.
•Strong technical skills in SAP development, configuration, and customization
•Hands-on experience with SAP planning and scheduling modules, depending on the functional area (e.g., production, maintenance, supply chain, or workforce planning)
•Experience with SAP preferred,
•Conversational English and strong communication skills.
•Team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a global environment.
