Your Mission

After the 12 months rotation, which may include few months in France/Italy/China, you will be part of the Services Project Management team based in Nairobi, Kenya. This team is responsible for managing and executing non-standard Services project activities, including Packaging, Line Conversion, Molds and Line Improvement.

Your role will be to

• Understand customer requests and translate their needs.
• Manage the project end to end starting from initiation of project with customer and Services account manager to planning/arranging/monitoring the resources for the project until customer gives technical acceptance and project is successfully closed with the customer.
• Coordinate with all involved product divisions to provide a full complete solution answering customer needs
• Support Services sales team in sales, proposals, and presentations as needed
• Propose additional Services Products when required to secure project success as well as maximizing customer satisfaction

Your Profile

• Fluent English
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and/or master’s degree in engineering/ certification in Project Management
• Work Experience: Less than 2 years
