Your opportunity
Reporting to the Group Controlling Manager, you will be in charge to become a trusted Business Partner for all the Group Central Support Functions VP’s and Executive VP’s.
In addition to this role, you will be involved in Group Reporting activities including analysis and commentaries to President Board.
Solid knowledge in Data visualization development tools such as Power BI report would be a plus to support existing expert in place.
Your Mission
- Reporting to the Group Controlling Manager,
you will be in charge to become a trusted Business Partner for all the Group
Central Support Functions VP’s and Executive VP’s.
- In addition
to this role, you will be involved in Group Reporting activities including analysis
and commentaries to President Board.
- Solid
knowledge in Data visualization development tools such as Power BI report would
be a plus to support existing expert in place.
Your Mission:
- Build a trustful
relationship with Vice Presidents and Executive Vice Presidents for Central Support
functions by providing reliable analysis and relevant insights. Central Support
functions include: HR, Finance, Digital, Go to Market, Legal and Sites
Management.
- Take part
in Quarterly closing to build financial reporting and analysis related to
P&L, Cashflow and working capital to be shared with the Group and
support the preparation of the President & Board comments. Accuracy
& reliability is mandatory.
- Work on Continuous improvements of
existing analysis, tools and processes to build a reliable and efficient
reporting environment.
- Support on
Data visualization projects by developing Power BI reporting in strong
collaboration with various internal stake holders.
- Active participation to the 3 years
BP, annual Budget and quarterly Outlook with
a strong focus on automation and digitalization.
Your Profile
- Master degree or equivalent in Finance
- A Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in Controlling
- Strong controlling technical skills, solid
knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standers (IFRS) accounting
principles
- Reliability & Accuracy in
deliverables.
- Expertise in Power BI Desktop (Data
modelling) & on Power BI Services
- Experience in SAP FI/CO (Finance/
Controlling) in an international and industrial group
- Advanced knowledge of controlling
processes & business planning principles
- Advance practice of Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player
- Ability to lead in a matrix organization

- Fluent in English, written
and spoken
