We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior CFD Engineer(W/F/D) to join our dynamic team, contributing to cutting-edge projects in the food and beverage industry. Your Mission

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of new equipment and technologies as well as concept studies.
  • Develop and validate CFD models through experimental testing.
  • Lead simulation activities resulting from requests from project leaders in a timely manner.
  • Supply report on the simulation done to the project leaders with the recommendation to improve the concept study.
  • Collaborate closely with Innovation, Engineering Department, and Reliability Lab teams to ensure model accuracy and relevance.
  • Contribute to the digital transformation of our engineering processes through the implementation of digital twins and AI-driven simulation tools.
  • Analyze complex data sets using Computer programming to support simulation and decision-making.
  • Participate in innovative projects involving machine learning, deep learning, and data science.

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Dynamics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CFD (Turbulence models, thermal analysis, Multiphase flow, chemical reactions), ideally within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Ansys Fluent (Workbench environment).
  • Knowledge of Softwares: ANSYS, Solidworks, ADAMS, SimCenter AMESIM, Mathworks (Matlab, Simulink, Simscape)
  • Solid experience in High Performance Computing (HPC) applied to CFD simulations (e.g., parallel computing, cluster environments, job scheduling).
  • Advanced skills in Computer programming (Python, Matlab) for scripting, data analysis, and scientific computing.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • French or Italian is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
