Field Service Engineer - Rotary Blower Machine (Mechanical / Mechatronic)

Your Mission

• Installation, Qualification & Testing and evaluate equipment performance at customer plant, based on technical, contractual and safety specifications.
• Operate on Mechanical systems, HMI for regular activities and troubleshooting as per Standard Operating Procedures.
• Execute electrical work (e.g., cable wiring)
• Properly handle, check, and transfer equipment non-conformities.
• Prepare Job Progress Chart and technical reports in reference to carried-out activities.
• Ensure ultimate internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Perform activities in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Sidel coordination plan and customer rules.
• Report after-sales opportunities detected on Customer site.
• Coach junior colleagues on the on-site behavior, technical activities, troubleshooting and reporting deliverables.
• Report to the Installation Site Manager for team site activities.

Your Profile

Level of Education & Language:

• Consolidated technical background on Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics.
• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• English fluent, written and spoken.

Level of Work Experience:

• 5+ years working experience in related field activities
• Experiences in high-speed rotary Blower machine PET.GLASS and CAN.
• Experience in different application e.g., CSD (Carbonated), HR (Hot Filling), PH (Preferential heating), Aseptic, plasma coating technology PET, and others are an advantage.
• Knowledge of other Sidel equipment or packaging equipment is an advantage.
• Knowledge regarding PLC (Siemens / B&R / ELAU) is an advantage.
• Able to travel (up to 90% in international environment)
